Gissaan medical center shall establish three significant objectives to pursue. The first is securing a good percentage of the physicians in the key medical structures as customers. The second objective is to develop a good and sustainable source of its revenue from physicians who practice in the nearby vicinity. The third objective is the desire to reach profitability with 12 months. This is especially important since the private medical center will be using funds from partners and would like to see a positive output fairly soon
Market
Gissaan medical center will identify two market segments it will serve.
- First is the large number of physicians that have a practice in and around the Main referral facilities (Hospitals and health centers/clinics). This customer segment will have potential customers with a promising growth rate.
- The second group is physicians that have medical practices in other nearby facilities and communities. The center will also attract people who wish to exclusively have their personal diagnostic investigations on their own (outpatient).
Strategy and Implementation Summary
Gissaan medical center will leverage their competitive edge of a convenient location within a large medical facility to help it quickly gain market share. The medical center will develop a strategic marketing plan that will use several different methods to develop local awareness of it and the benefits offered. The center will also develop a sales strategy to help turn the qualified leads into clients by emphasizing the significant benefits that physicians can offer their patients by sending them to Gissaan medical center.

Management
Gissaan medical center shall be managed by a group of qualified medical personnel headed by a senior laboratory scientist. The team shall be assisted by a strong backup team of lab/radiology assistance who are equally trained to their task.
